What is Farigo?

What is the objective of Farigo club?
The objective of our club is to provide our Members with a full-scale assistance in any brave, good-spirited, and creative endeavors.
When and where was Farigo established?
Farigo started on June 22, 2001 on the south bank of the Susquehanna River in Central Pennsylvania.
In September 2008, Farigo went online, sharing the benefits of Farigo Membership to thousands of people around the world.
What can I expect from my Farigo Membership?
We do our best to provide appreciation and assistance for virtually anything special or casual You do to reach Your dreams and goals.
With Farigo, slowly but surely, You will see Your merits and strengths improving, and shortcomings and weaknesses vanishing.
As You advance to higher levels, You will find amazing adventures and friends who share Your values.
What do I do as a Member?
As a Member, You obtain credits and advance to higher levels. Right after You join Farigo, You have three basic ways for obtaining credits: Special Quests, Daily Activities, and Weekend Missions.
Daily Activity implies that You talk about the most significant thing You have done on a particular day. You type Your story on Farigo website whenever You wish, but not more than once a day. Your story is private; it will not be posted on the website.
Weekend Missions are optional assignments that You receive every Monday. If You are successful on a mission, You will be awarded a good number of credits. Your mission report will not be posted on the website unless we receive Your explicit consent.
Both Daily Activities and Weekend Missions are optional, there is no penalty for skipping either of these options at any time.
As You advance to higher levels, the number of options for obtaining credits increases, missions become more adventurous and rewarding, new surprising features become unlocked. We will definitely keep You real-life-entertained until Level 100.

Is Farigo a virtual reality project?
No. Unlike social games and virtual reality projects, Farigo wants You to be brave, powerful, and joyful in the real world.
Is Farigo affiliated with any social, political, governmental, religious, or other organizations?
No. Farigo is a self-sufficient, secular, private community. Farigo is affiliated with Farigo Members only; Farigo leadership and staff consist solely of Farigo Members.
Who runs Farigo?
Farigo is run by Farigo Team, which consists solely of Farigo Members who are specialists in the humanities, technology, philosophy, history, and social and natural sciences. The core of Farigo Team are Members who joined the club between 2001 and 2004.
Farigo Team manages the technical, administrative, financial, and strategic issues. Farigo Team also is responsible for evaluating daily activities, mission reports, and various contest entries in a timely manner.
As you advance to higher levels, You might be surprised one day to receive an invitation to join Farigo Team.
What is the cost for Membership?
All Farigo Members pay a fixed monthly fee of $44 USD. There are no other fees at Farigo.
We do our best to decrease Membership fees; however, we must remain within certain limits because all of Your input (i.e daily activities, weekend missions, various contests, adventure planning, business endeavors, etc) are carefully read by Farigo Team specialists dedicated solely to Your joyful and adventurous experience with Farigo.
My credit card is denominated in a currency other then US dollars. How do I pay?
You can pay with Your card and You will be charged in Your local currency at the rate set by Your bank.
How much will I have to pay on top of the monthly Membership fee?
All Farigo services are included in $44 USD monthly Membership fee. There are no any other fees at Farigo. You cannot pay any extra, even if you want to.
Do I have to pay Membership fee if I am away for a while?
No. If You plan to be away from Farigo for a week or more, please log in to Your Farigo account, go to "My Settings", select expected away time, and click "Suspend". The days You plan to be away will be automatically added toward Your Membership payments.
How do I cancel my Membership?
If You wish to cancel Your Membership, please log in to Your Farigo account, go to "My Account" page and click "Cancel Membership".
We might be able to reinstate Your Membership within 24 hours after cancellation. Membership reinstatement is not possible after 24 hours.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my Membership?
Typically, we do not provide refunds for canceled Memberships. However, if You canceled Your Membership within 24 hours from the last monthly payment, we might be able to provide You with a full refund on Your last payment. |
